LIMITED WARRANTY: |
All products are under warranty to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, for a limited time. Our limited warranty is indicated on each
specific product package. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. |
RETURNS: |
No goods are to be returned without prior written authorization and routing instructions from our home office. Authorized returned goods must be new, of
current design and in re-saleable condition. Credit will be issued at original purchase price, less 15% handling charge, less transportation charges. |
ROUTING: |
We reserve the right to ship via the least expensive route. If special routing is requested, we will invoice for additional costs. There is no
allowance for any form of air shipment. |
PRICES: |
F.O.B. Brooklyn, NY or Philadelphia, PA unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are those in
effect on date of shipment. Title to products bought shall pass to purchaser at F.O.B. point. |
FREIGHT: |
PREPAID ON ORDERS of $1,500.00 or more, to any one location within the contiguous United States. Each individual DROP SHIPMENT must meet the above
conditions for prepayment. Any orders shipped outside the continental USA will be shipped to a NY or NJ freight consolidator only. Howard Berger Co., Inc. reserves the right to decide which products qualify
for prepaid freight. |
CLAIMS OR ADJUSTMENTS: |
Claims for shortages or other errors, must be made to us within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made
directly to the freight carrier for any order not prepaid. |
SPECIFICATIONS: |
All products are subject to specification and packing changes without notice. We reserve the right to adjust ordered quantities to meet our standard
packaging at the time of shipment. |
QUOTATIONS: |
Expire 30 days from date issued unless stated otherwise by us in writing. |
BACKORDERS: |
No backorders unless agreed to in writing by both parties. |
PAYMENT TERMS: |
NET 30 DAYS, SUBJECT TO CREDIT APPROVAL. |

All orders are subject to acceptance by Howard Berger Co. at our corporate offices. Minimum order must be at least $500.00. |
